The only equipment you will need to show are a collar & lead of the type that is used for your breed, sorry don't know what sort that is but anyone in the breed who shows will tell you. Most owners of this sort of dog have a cage to pop them in when not showing so they do not cause problems to others passing with their dogs, but if your dog is well behaved and you do not want to have freedom to walk about you could do without it.
Any table will do to train your dog to stand/stack on a table and for grooming on, you will also need the normal grooming equipment for the breed, speak to the breeder about this they will know what is needed.
You can actually buy special table tops to go on top of cages, then you can do your grooming on there if needed, from croftonline.co.uk - I've just got one myself to use at home, and it's not heavy. Our garden table top made of slats of wood sort of fell apart, leaving just the frame, so rather than spending loads on a proper grooming table, I just ordered one of these table tops and put that on - it's great.

When I've seen Parson's shown they've been wearing quite thin leads. You can buy these at most good pet shops. I got mine from the shop in Fox's Bow, Limerick.
what colour you have is your choice. Buy a couple of different colours, and decide what colour you prefer, and return the rest with your receipt.
I use black on my male, as he is a little long, and it breaks him into two, giving an illusion of a shorter dog. I use white on my female, as she is a bit of a better shape, and it gives an unbroken outline.I know the JRT isn't a Parson, but they're similar enough that I hope to have been some help.
Add a crate to your list, if your dog is likely to be excitable and leaping around. Put a blanket over it to keep your dog calm. This allows you some downtime.
A small water bowl, and a bottle of water.
Some sandwich bags from the supermarket. The IKC are quite keen on people clearing up their own dog's mess. You're fined if you don't.
A pen, for writing the results in your catalogue.
A pin, for attaching your show number to your clothing.
A foldable chair, to sit on. Shows at Cloghran, Dublin often put chairs out, but they're soon all taken. Outdoor shows rarely provide chairs, and standing all day can be exhausting.
Favourite treats to keep your dogs attention in the ring etc.
A bag to keep it all in.
I travel with my two dogs, my two crates, my 'show' bag and my chair...and my flask of coffee (coz I'm a cheapskate!)
Some small change for car park / catalogue / that well- earned coffee!
