Have had a renewal for Moose's insurance which i was going to change after I found out about the £5 K max cover for an illness and they have now set that the excess on any claim is £50 min but now 10% of the total claim !!

Just thought I would let people know !!

Will not be continuing my cover on the pup after the first year then, the reason why I decided to cover my dogs myself, just did the pup for the first year but that will be that.

I am peeved as well as MB has her bad hips and have just seen in the policy that Hyrotherapy treatments under the 'Alternative Therapy ' section are limited. :(

People please please read the policies form start to finish so you know what you are getting and don't do as I have done and assume as it is the KC insurance that you will be getting the best for what I think are very high premiums.

They must have so many people that take their insurance on with the six weeks free insurance !

Oh well I will know better when I get my next pup !
