The best person to contact should be your bitch's breeder. S/he (if reputable) will know which dog would suit your bitch best, and which lines to avoid. The most local dog is unlikely to be the most suitable. You want to produce the best puppies you can, not rubbish ones, so you want to use the best dog. (Generally you should expect to have to travel about 100 miles or so.)

Of course your bitch has an average-or-below hip score?
