Hi,
I will be getting a Min Pin puppy the weekend after Crufts and the puppy is going to be registered Firefly. I have asked the breeders if they have any idea for a pet name but they can't think of any and neither can I.

The puppy is a bitch and it is black and tan.(incase any of you didn't know it's in the toy group)So i any of you have any ideas then please could you let me know.
Thanks
Heather.

Congratulations on the puppy Heather.

How about 'Fly'.

I hope you have a lot of fun with her :-)

That will be at the top of my list.(well it will have to be if it's the only one.LOL)
Good name though I will probably call it fly if I can't think of a better one.(Not that it isn't a nice name)More ideas welcome.
Thanks
Heather

We too are getting a puppy in the spring hopefully and a bitch too! Also mine will be black and tan-not in the toy group though it's a GSD! My children have came up with the following list of possibilities; Nikki, Perdita, Wendy (Bob the Builder-don't ask), Cassie, Fizz, Bella (Tweenies), and Lady (Lady and the Tramp).

My friend has a rottie called Sassy and her registered name's Pandora, she's also getting another very shortly and the name will be Madison so she's calling her Maddy.

I don't really think the name has to complement the pedigree name but I can see your reasons for wanting it to though! Good luck though but I'm sorry I can't think of anything to go with Firefly. (You could have my son's choice of Fizz?- I don't think so)

Good Luck and I'll keep looking in on this site- maybe someone'll post one I quite fancy myself!

Good luck with the new arrival.

I just tried "dog names" in google and I've spent about an hour looking at hundreds of names! Trouble is, my favourites are still the few I'd thought of before I tried looking! :)

I like Lily!

I agree with Ashanie what about Flame or Flare?

I think you're going to end up with something very much unlike the registered name because it's a tough one!

On another thread someone said their dog was called Tiegan- I like that!!!!!!!!!
