Does anybody know someone who docks tails?

You need to act as quickly as possible Guest.
Contact the Council of Docked Breeds for details of veterinarians who still dock.

And don't forget to write to DEFRA about the Animal Welfare Bill that may include a proviso to make docking illegal.
