We are trying to locate a copy of this book, as there are no more available through the publisher. We have been informed by Virginia Alexander herself that this is a must have book in training and developing our weim pup, but that it is difficult to find any copies for sale. If anyone has an additional copy that they are willing to sell, or know of someone that might be interested in selling their copy, please email me at: heyitsmerobin@canoemail.com.  Thank you for your help!

Please relax, owning this book is not essential to raising your Weimaraner.  I have had four and trained them to top level competition work without the aid of this book.  It is a lovely book to read but extremely expensive; you may find some on e-bay.  If you want books to help you raise and train a dog the following IMHO are some of the best:

The perfect puppy by Gwen Bailey
The Culture Clash by Jean Donaldson
Anything by Ian Dunbar or John Fisher.

Whilst breeds do have predispositions at the end of the day a dog is a dog is a dog!

regards
