Hi all

I already own a 6 yr old staffie female and I am trying to introduce an 11 month old male to the family, he hasn't been neutered yet and has a lovely temperement. My problem is that every time the male goes near the female, she is really having a go at him, so much so that I have to pull them apart!!! Is this normal??? Will they both calm down??? I don't want to keep one in a cage either, because that is unfair to any dog.

Any help would be appreciated!!!!

hi i also have staffords and they are a very clingy breed if your bitch gets funny with him tell her off and when shes good reward her . Never leave them alone together but do walk them together. I have kennels outside and also cages in if i go out they know to bet in the cage its not somthing i use as a punishment they also sleep in them at night because staffs are prone to chewing. just take your time with them and persiver it will all come together
