i have a ten week old shihtzu puppy named cassie.i can't walk her outdoors yet because she has not had all her shots.i'm having lots of trouble paper training her and was wondering if anyone would be able to give me some helpful advice?

Please dont forget that at ten weeks pup is very much a baby although she should be learning that it is ok to "go" on paper.
When you say you are having difficulty do you mean she never goes on the paper or sometimes misses ??
We trained Gus on old towels rather than paper but every time he went we praised him lots and told him he was a good boy :)

Why can you not train her to go outside in the garden and bypass paper altogether?

That is the better option admittedly -although Gus was a bit of a wuss when he was that age and wouldnt go out in the cold ( or the wet )
Mind you he's still a bit of a wuss ;)

:rolleyes: Dizzy is also a wuss when it comes to the cold or wet weather :o
