Hi do you think a 6 month old gsd male would be capable of successfully mating a bitch??Only i have a male (6 months) and he has tried to mount for ages (even when she wasnt in season) but my bitch is now in season and he wont leave her alone although i havent seen him mount successfully,do you think it would be wise to seperate them or is he just being a typical adolescent??Thanks.

yes he could mate her & yes he could get her pregnant.
you must seperate them. Don't leave them together at all, as it only takes a split second!
