Do you mean Ch Ackendene Willy Wagtail?
His owner breeder was Miss J Grover.
There are photos of him in some breed books

My guess was Ch Seefeld Picasso, but is purely a guess. I'm just thinking who was big at the time.

Willy Wagtail won 8 CC's in 1976 including BOB Crufts 76
In 77 he also won BOB at Crufts and another CC.
He won 12 CC's and 12 RCC's in total.
Ch Seefeld Picasso was a champion in 1969 and won 24 CC's in total.
