I have had my puppy for four weeks now, he came microchipped but I have yet to get the registration papers from the company, I contacted them and they informed me the chip hadnt been registered yet, nor have I had the paperwork from the kennel club to register him in my name. I have tried to contact the breeder to find out what is happening, but she is not replying to my messages or e-mails. Anyone got any advice / ideas????????

It looks as though you may have to pay the breeder a visit.

Set up a new mail address and mail them enquiring about a puppy and see if they reply back then !

it took about 8 weeks for me to receive my registration papers, at 7 weeks i contacted them and they said they didn't have the information but my vet said they'd sent them, so there might just be a delay as there was with me

or the breeder might just be a lazy bugger !

think you are right Sarah, the breeder is a lazy bugger!! I contacted the micro-chip company myself, and they told me that after 6 weeks she still hadnt registered the chip number, so I did it with them myself! still waiting on the kennel club though, will give it till after Xmas, then try and contact them too - if not will go see the breeder as also suggested!
