So the answer of if there is life on Mars will be answered soon then, the Mars Express has released "The Beagle" should enter Mars atmosphere on Xmas day.

I think I prefer my beagle safely on earth.   Sozz could not resist!  LOL

I think there is a slim posibility that the lander might find something (If it survives the landing that is). But lets face it, this is a European mission, if something was found the the USA and Nasa would dispute it. Can't have those French and Germans discovering extraterrestrial life before Uncle Sam.

Unless of course the Martians pop out singing "Yankee Doodle"
