Hi All & Happy Xmas
I've just noticed that when you bend down to stroke Cassie our 7mth (very small) Norfolk x, she turns round and offers you her back to stroke at the top of her tail. Not the underside. She looks so funny because she sort of sticks it up in the air and when you scratch or stroke her there she looks as though she loves it!! Does anyone know if this means anything in dog body language or is it just her favourite spot to be stroked?? Would be intrested to know.
Thanks
Deb

My Harry loves to be scratched near the end of his spine too, and he too turns and shuffles backwards to offer it! It must be a particularly sensitive spot.

I like having my back scratched as well :)
Bess does that too and even rubs her back on the furniture! She looks so funny. :D
Have a lovely Christmas :)
Kath.
toby loves his back scratched, he has that total bliss look in his eyes and hates it when i stop, i think its because thats one spot they cant reach themselves.

Bradley likes the backs of his legs tickled and a neck massage. To get a neck massage he props his bootom on the sofa and puts his head down. For his leg tickle he reverses looking behind him (he doesn't have reverse sensors later model apparently) then positions one foot either side of yours and waits.
