Hiya, I am going to collect my mini schnauzer pup at the weekend, after much searching , waiting, and homework. I have always rescued older animals and sadley had to have my collie/lab cross put to sleep 4 months ago. Now is my time to get something I have always wanted from quite a young age, does anyone have any useful advise particular on the breed and puppy stages, I have brought a pup crate!!

I know it sounds silly but so excited but nervous too!

p.s Have also got advise on grooming and brought brushes etc.

Any fun stories would be great also

I picked up my 'dream puppy' last weekend after always having 'rescue' dogs :) She's a fawn great dane called Dizzy and her name says it all :D :rolleyes:
