the dog is good dog but just started messing in house and on porch do not think she can control it.took to vet said she had unrine infection but would that cause her to sh*t in house too?

Since she is older then she may not be able to hold it as long as she use to.

Nine is not that old, so unless there is a health problem, it should not be just the fact of age causing the problem.

Don't forget it could by behaviour related as well as health related, can you think of anything that has changed recently in your life or his life which coincides with his problem starting.

Some dogs have a relapse in house training if they are stressed, so have a good think about that one to.

Now I would recomend a trip to the vet to confirm there are no health problems, I don't know if there are any medications which could help if the muscles have become loose and cannot hold the poo back (nice topic eh? :))
