I have a lab bitch whom I hope is expecting. The stud dog owner has been great as I'm a first timer, but I need to find somewhere to get a heat lamp and vet bedding. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi

Here are several companies that advertise heat lamps www.caninekennels.com  0800 161 3070, or here's another company  Leamcare heat lamps,  01709 544634. also Canine Chemist  www.caninechemist.co.uk  0700 0456 777. And I purchase my vet bedding from a superb company in West Yorkshire www.bronteglenmill.com 01274 530869

hi there mad house owner,
i went through all the sites when i was i the same situation and in need of a heatlamp! many breeders/the book of the bitch do not recommend, over head heating. however i decided to make my own heater lamp(very simple)
very cheep
i've raised 5 litters, and i am currently raising a litter(2 weeks old)and i have never had any problems with the litter's being cold!!!!!!!!
has for the vet bed -i have always used polyester fur from a good material shop which is just has good
email me for details
