I'm sure i have seen cat harnesses, I presume they should be small enough? The collars should fit anyway shouldn't they?

Yes, I was thinking about possibly a cat collar. Failing that, how about making one? It should be quite easy to make a first collar and this is only likely to last for a short time before the pup grows out of it and into the small dog sizes.

Just a thought, John

you will not believe this for my tiny yorkie i had to buy from the usa although i also bought him a cat harness it got al twisted  around his leg  luckily i found a lady in the park with some sissors... i did get a nice small harnesss from http://www.hubint.com they are very nice and also www.petlondon.co.uk have some small harness they are pretty but expensive but reading your puppy is only 2lb you might have to use a ferret  harness until he gets bigger.hope your pup will enjoy his walk.

Hi clare,  Hub International (someone gave the web address above) do very fine toy dog slip collars/leeds combined.  Mike (my partner) uses thsi type on the Chis, from puppys and in the show ring.  they are a very fine cord, and they do 2 or 3 different types, including 1 with a plaited bit for under the throat and another with a satin cusioned area under the throat, both for comfort.  As they are adjustable easily you can use from babyhood right on up.
bye
Gwen
