He can have any type of RAW bone although I would stay away from the very large knuckle and shin bones from beef for a Westie :D
Tuna, pilchards, sardines, mackeral are excellent sources of Omega 3s and good either raw or tinned.
Scrambled eggs - dogs do not digest milk well, raw eggs are an excellent source of complete protein.
Heart and Tripe again both raw are brilliant; if you want to cook it that is ok (but not green tripe) :D :D
Dogs are not designed to eat grains and so I would stay away from pasta and rice; a little raw veg is fine but to be assimilated must be pureed first. No more than a couple of tablespoons.

tohme, your reply was very interesting but if rice is bad why when dogs have upset tummies are you advised to give rice.

Same reason I suppose that breeders wean dog onto milk and weetabix :D
I did not say it was BAD only that dogs are not designed to eat processed grains. If I were to feed a grain then that would be the one I would pick over all others.
