Can anyone think of any good pug names. Picked up new puppy yesterday and all the names i had in mind don't seem right. He is cheerful , cheeky, funny little fawn boy. All ideas welcome, getting desperate!

I am trying to think of pug pup names too. Meanwhile, here are a couple friends in the USA have used for boy pugs which I think are cute - Cap'n Pugwash, Napeoeon Bonapug. Pugsley seems popular, and rather apt. I have a Puglet, (as she is a mini Pug) Mabel (victorian names seem appropriate somehow) Then Alison and Lewis (names derived from the KC names Afterglow Jaberwocky and A. Alison in Cuckooland). Can you get anything from his registered name to make into a pet name?

His pedgree name is Mr. Majenka, i thin i'm going with douglas puglas, seems to suit him!

Womans Own has a lovely black pug modelling a knitted Santa dog coat. Cute. My mean mother in law wont knit one for poor Morse. Rotten granny letting her grandpup shiver!

Just got the mag, it says dog coat but a pug is modelling it, i asume it has different sizes for other breeds. You have to send a SAE to Womans own to get the pattern free it's in the 15th december edition.

yes i just got the magazine i am going to send away for it hopefully they will send to ireland fingers crossed
