hello all just read a post on the forum, came across the green form term, is this to do with registering the litter.
obviously our situation is different. but do i need to sign anything to register pups, or does the bitch owner do all that?

The dog owner has to sign the registration application form (it used to be green, but is now white), stating the stud's name, KC number and the date of mating. Without this, the pups cannot be registered.
Hope this helps.

the bitchs owner had taz's forms. He is not kc registered, so i guess this doesn't apply to me.

thank-you xx

Yep, if Taz isn't KC registered, the pups can't be either.

Did you manage to pursuade the owner of the bitch to keep the pups a little longer?

Some of them. she has let four go. One being Baiey at the beggining of this week. He's actually doing well, and at the moment gets on great with taz - early days though i know.
She still has the smallest ones, and is keeping them for one week more. Personally i think the money may have swayed them a bit, they weren't getting any for bailey so i think they just wanted rid. Poor baby, he's geting plenty of hugs and kisses from humans and taz xx

I hope all goes well for you with the pup and Taz.
