Hi I have a beagle dog and love the breed can someone tell me if the LKA will be showing them and will I be able to get close to look at them? Basically is it a good show for a member of the public to attend? Also what time does it start?
Many Thanks
Justine

The Beagle are on Saturday 13th December, Judging starts around 9.30 for most breeds. I take it you know it is at the NEC in Birmingham.
Yes it is a good show to go and watch, Probably the second best one after Crufts.
It is also excellent for your doggie Christmas Shopping, so take plenty of money.
Regards
Sandra

Thanks all
It sounds like a good show, not far from us we are in Leicester. Are dogs allowed to spectate? could we bring our beagle.
Justine

Hi Justine,
No sorry, only dogs entered for the show are allowed in.
:)

I hope that you all have a wonderful time at LKA, it will be the first time in years when I haven't attended. I will think of you all whilst I'm in Spain.

Hi Just13,
It's good to hear that I'm not the only beagle-lover from Leicester. I've not entered my beagle in the LKA but I'll be going to watch and stock up on doggie pressies. See you there!

We live in Leicester Forest East. Jasper is a 3 year old tricolour male and a delight but a real handful

Not very far from where I work then - Glenfield. I have 2 beagles, one who's 6 and the other 15 months - who is still a right little minx but are both good fun (both tri's girls)

Yup its Ladies Kennel association. (shows run smoothly as its only ladies on the commitee!!!!!!)
Just thought that i would comferm that for you!
