Hi,
I am new to Champ dogs so please "bear with me" I breed and show Cairn terriers
and love them to "bits" but nearly forty years ago I "homed a relatives "Alsation as they were then known and she was a lovely dog to live with sadly she had to be put to sleep at about ten years old, and we never had another dog until a Cairn.  I wonder if any GSD breeder could advise on whether a Gsd and cairns would live together in harmony? cairns are naturally very friendly dogs but how would a GSD view them? they are both a very intelligent breed and while a cairn bitch can be qiute dominant how would a Gsd view this? I don't want a show dog just a very loyal companion could someone enlighten me on these points I am sure some people will think me paranoid but I feel it is important to find out as much as I can for different breeds living closely together, all advice will be gratefully taken
