My girlfriend and I would love to get a Westie. However, I am slightly ashmatic and allergic to most dogs. Is the Westie a viable option for allergy sufferers? Does anyone have any suggestions? Many thanks!

To the best of my knowledge, the following breeds do not shed:
Bedlington Terrier
Poodle
Wire Fox Terrier
Yorkshire Terrier
Portuguese Water Dog
Bichon Frise
Maltese
Afghan Hound
Kerry Blue Terrier
Tibetan Terrier
Bolognese
Hungarian Puli
Greyhound
wheaten terrier
And from those, i do know that thw wheaten terrier is good for allergy sufferers.
