This may seem like a silly question, but someone has told me that Cam has a cold sore on his nose. Is it possible, and if so, should I be concerned? I've noticed that he's had a little bumpy-type spot on his nose for a while, but it didn't look at all inflamed or weepy and wasn't irritating him, so I've just left it. Any ideas anyone?

is it posible he could have grazed it while mooching about on a walk perhaps - when he has been sniffing something?
Cold sores  originate from herpes and I'm not sure whether dogs can get this??

Exactly - which was why I thought it was a bit unlikely. But I thought I'd ask to see if someone knew something I didn't!

Iy may be nothing to be concerned with , however , my bully had a spot on his chin , a little red lump , again not inflamed or irritating and was diagnosed with Acne ! it maybe this as a suggestion.
