Just seen a bit on the telly about this new dog wash that has been installed at a garage in Melton Mowbry. Its from Spain and apparently a number are being installed thoughout the uk - mainly at filling stations.
It looks brilliant - power washers with insectecidal shampoo, rinsers, hot air blowers - just like a proper car wash. ( dont know if you pay extra to get a hot wax treatment and a paw scrub)
See it in its glory at the following link.  Lets hope they catch on.  The dogs on the tv seemed to be enjoying it.

Yes, they had one at the filling station across the road from my vet.  I took a look at it and the literature they had available in the vet. 

The idea seemed OK in principal but I wouldn't have used it - it looked very exposed and I think a nervous dog wouldn't take well to it, especially as it was located right next to a busy main road (about 15 yards away). 

It wasn't there for long - a couple of months or so I think  it has gone now - I guess no-one used it.

Yes there's one near me - one of my friends uses it and says it's easy to use and absolutely brilliant.  Easy to use - only complaint was that the drier wasn't that good but he has a long haired German Shepherd which would take some drying.
I'm going to use it myself and see what it's like.  I think it's a great idea :)

Had a look at the web page. I don't think I would get my Mastiff in that.
Do they have different sizes?? Small/medium/large/ex-large doggie wash.
Ragga would probably enjoy it but as I said 'would she fit'?
