Anyone got any good sites for creating your own web pages ???
Been on the easy aol 123 site but its a bit boring .
Want something a bit more creative :) Any ideas :)

Have just done my first web site but I used FrontPage to build it on. It was very easy, not as flash as some by I did not want that. Take a look here and you will see what I mean.

Hi freeserve do a good free one, you have your main page plus 8 pages on menu, you can pick from loads of different templates aswell,

go to www.freeserve.co.uk and at the top look for site builder, or build web page.

When I started out there were no web creation packages so I used to find a page I liked and then "view" "source" to learn how it was done, then adapt them to suit myself. This is not quite so easy these days with all the frames etc but can still be done if you see something you like - or ask on here how to do something specific, you never know,someone may even have the answer

Just ask away....I've done a bit of Web Page Design and designed a site for asignment last year and am doing a site with on line booking for my organsiation as my undergraduate project. You can email me any time with questions, it'll be a leanring experience for me too.

I built my first pages using Microsoft home publishing, but wouldn't recomend this.

Subsequent pages I have done using Serif Webplus 6, a free program.

Have found it easy to use, and it means you can alter one page at a time quickly, which is where the first fell down for me, as took ages to upload the whole thing each time a tiny change was wanted.
