God dont shoot people down for using the wrong word that you would use, people on here really need to give other people a chance, alot of you on here are so bloody *judgemental*

make sure you join this forum you can get good advice alot of the time

I really do not know why I am even bothering to reply to you Clare.

I get many enquiries for puppies and bells ring when someone says they 'need' xxx now! Sorry if that offends you.

If the orinigal poster replied I would have put them in touch with breeders in both areas that they mentioned........the papillon on the list you sent through happens to be in Cornwall..............a little further than I would think the poster wanted to go. For information there are a number of breeders in the areas mentioned.
As I care for my breed I would not have liked the poster to buy one from a puppy farmer but point them in the right direction of getting one that had been well cared for.

Absolutely agree with you Carolyne, I hate 'need' too. and that is one sure way of not getting an answer from a reputable breeder, we are not providing these people with a 'service' we are doing this because we have a passion for our breed and we care about where our pups are going.

Have you considered that this person may not have English as a first language ?

Have a look for breeders here Champdogs breeders index Please make sure that breeders have carried out ALL relevant health checks on both parents if the breed calls for it :)

Need, COULD mean .............'need' to find a present quickly!...... the written word can be misinterpreted so easily, we are all entitled to our opinions, it is just down to us to convey them in a polite and concise manner in order to 'understand' the posters request more clearly....;)
When do you need the puppy by? :)

It was obvious lorahs to me that this person did not have very good english, honestly it was obvious but you had to go off on one, I dont know why I am bothering to reply to you, you seem to follow me round this board like a bad smell, did you also get a look at their name its is so not an English name , it is obviously french or something, cant you just give people a break and stop been on the deffensive all the time.

yes I totally agree, but do you not also agree that alot of people just seem to want to jump down other peoples throat and criticise, this is what I have found if you do not fit in their "norm".
- By Tots [gb] Date 24.11.03 12:42 UTC
I agree that this person does not speak english as a first language. It is obvious, for example "please if you have" is not proper english. so "need" to this person could be the only word they know for what they want to put across.

There is no *norm* on Champdogs :)

You need to learn to ignore any posts that irritates you or , indeed , any poster who particularly irks you . The internet makes it very easy to misinterperate what is being said ...the use of smilies sometimes helps . Try to relax and let others have their opinions , even when they disagree with yours , when you type out a reply , take the time to reread it a few times before hitting the *POST* button ...it does work , believe me ;)

:)

Hi melody ,

Yes I always try to re read my post but, you do get carried away when you are trying to reply as quick as you can as you are flabbergasted by what the person had just said.

how do you use the smilies, I cant see them *smiles at melody*

thanks clare
