Cadmus and Spike are getting new Nylabones this year. They'll spend Christmas Day wanting the Nylabone that the other one has :D Last year I left it too late and when I went to get them presents (on Christmas Eve) there was absolutely nothing left in the shop worth buying, so they got nothing :o I felt ridiculously guilty about it, poor boys, nothing to open from Santa!!

Actually, maybe if I see some nice soft toys that they haven't already got I'll get them too to make up for last year!! The cat gets nothing! Well, he's a cat, and what do cats know about Christmas :D

My cats know about Christmas - maybe only German cats believe in Santa . . . .
Polly (the dog) is getting a new cushion for her bed and the cats a new bed (maybe they'll keep off mine then LOL)

Nothing. They will get the scraps from the dinner for their dinner in the evening, though.

Mine usually get treats and toys and they are wrapped and put under the tree and then when its all quiet, the dogs gather for their presents, my gsd anna struts around with her pressy in her mouth she gets very excited,we have an extra one to buy for this year I wonder what she will think about it,Merry Xmas to you all, next week I am going to start to put the lights up, I have some new net ones for each of the rooms, and lovely garden lights and i have a new shed so I will need to decorate that, I dont have many lights up not like some people, but I do like to walk around the houses to see what other people have got.

Mine always get little goodies to open, and a christmas dinner, with us.
When I had Tess, she would rip open her pressie herself, and get tucked into the munchies. None of my other dogs have ever had the inclination to rip open and get stuck in.....not even Rocky who's a demon for ripping any papers that are left lying.

We usually buy all the pets a little something. The cats each get some treats and the dogs a new something to chew on. This year is going to be a little nuts. It is my grandparents 50th Anniversary so all their kids and families (and dogs) are going to be there. Two of these families (and myself) ended up with puppies from my parents plus we are going to be puppy sitting sibling #4. So it will not only be a family reunion for us, but also for the 4 siblings and thier mother. I am not sure how puppy presents will be delt with when there are that many dogs running around. (all still very puppy) I'll probably wait until things calm down before I give Kirra hers.
