could be the start of a phantom-------you dont have to even have a male anywhere near them to cause a phantom, -----and thats one of the first signs

After Libbys first season, I noticed her nipples were larger than they were before. I just put it down to part of growing up. Or as Dizzy says it could be a phantom. Hope your girl is ok:)
