iwent round to the park today with my 7 month old akita inu, took her over to the deserted fottball pitches and then let her of the lead for the first time,i couldn't believe how well she done, first of all she chased the geese that were on the pitch but i soon as i called her she came racing back and sat at my feet i was totally amazed.after about 20 minutes we went back to the house and i was so pleased with her.i gave her a treat and left her chewing while i went up the stairs to get something,i was only gone for 2 minutes and when i came back she was still eating her treat, after a couple of more minutes i smelt something burning and went into the kitchen.somehow suki had managed to turn the cooker on and burn a hole right through the bottom of the tea pot.it just goes to show that no one day is ever the same when you have a 4 legged friend!!!!!
