Can someone please help my staffie 1year old (boy) has started to get interested in bitches in sesson, apart from the howling and the sniffing the air he has decided not to eat this has been going on for about 2 weeks he will eat his diner one day and then not eat for the next 2 is this normal

Do you have a bitch in season or one near you, I had a 3 year old male staff who we sadly lost this year, however we also have a bitch and when she was in season Jake went off his food, sulked like a baby, would not do as he is told, infact he got out of the garden on 2/3 occasions which he has never done before, so I don't think you have to much to worry about unless it goes on a for a long time, Jake only lasted a few days and was soon back on his food.
