Since my girl has gone into her first season she has become very clingy towards my husband and just wants to spend her time lying on his knee or right beside him.
Is this just what they do?

Mine certainly do. One in particular is very attatched to my husband even when not in season. When she is in season they are practically joined at the hip. Hormones, who'd have them?

Mine certainly prefers her "dad" to the beautiful stud dog we selected :(

Thanks nursey and fillis, must just be the hormones then.
This is her first season and mine so don't have any experience of it.
It's great to be able to come on here and get some advice.
