Chicken breast (no skin) and rice for 2 days and if there is improvement chicken and rice for a week. If it was mine I would have taken him to the vets. Jackie H.

If there is blood in his stool then get him checked out by your vet and take a sample with you in a clean container so the vet can see exactly what you are talking about. Young pups like babies can go downhill very fast with stomach problems

You need to take him to the vet asap, diahrea is not good for a young puppy to have they get dehydrated very fast. If you just brought him home from the breeder it could be Toxidiousis(spelling?) It is an illness usually brought on by stress----like going to a new home. Don't worry it's probably nothing that you did, just anxiety over leaving mom and littermates. If this is in fact the reason the vet will give you medicine called Albon(only thing that gets rid of it).
Good luck, hope your puppy feels better!

You really must get that puppy to a vet a.s.a.p....Blood in the stool of a 10week old
'any' breed puppy is not normal and a puppy's stool that is entirely blood is, I would think, a life-threatening condition. You didn't say anything about your puppys overall demeanour, body temp or other additional symptoms such as, loss of appetite and/or nausea, any of which present with the blood in the stool would help lead to a diagnoses. But like the other posts have said, puppys can go downhill extremely fast with just a day or two of diarrhea alone. But, if you get to the vet right away, your puppy should be fine.

Yes agreed, if he os passing just blood, it sounds bad, do get him checked out. He needs help from a vet I am sure, poor little chap.

The vet may also advise you as to diet, when you say just biscuits do you mean a "complete" diet or literally just any biscuits? Sorry, just need to clarify this :)
