Can anyone help me with this?

Someone has sent me a really huge email (Don't know who), I assume it's photos. I think it is going to take over 2 hours to download itself BUT my Freeserve connection cuts off after 2 hours & I have to redial again, so how am I going to get this email or is there a way I can erase it? If I can't do either, I'm not going to be able to receive any that are sent to me tomorrow etc. HHHHEEELLLPPPPP :(

you will need to get freeserve to delete it from the server or your email account will keep trying to download it.

I'm not with Freeserve anymore but they used to have webmail which allowed you to access your mail via a web page rather than downloading it.
If they still do that and you can get access, you can delete the large email from there saving you a long download.

You can still access freeserve e-mail from their website, i had exactly the same problem when a friend sent a load of christmas photos, it was the only way i could clear the backlog of 60 e-mails that followed the huge file! I always check my e-mail via their website now cos its so much quicker, you don't have to wait for it to download!

Thanks for your help with this. I managed to access my account through the FSMail system and found out who had sent the file and discovered it was a whopping 35MB, no way would it have ever donloaded! So it's now been deleted and all systems are go again.
