I have 6 rottweilers 2 are the parents and the other 4 are the pups. The pups just turn 1. the of the pups are fighting with the smallest male. He is the weakest of the bunch. He cries if he is not laying on my lap. They have pick a fight with him 3 times so far. I don't know why they are doing this and how can I prevent this from happening again.

I think that separating them is the best idea! Absolutely, as if not there could be a tragedy.
There is a possibility that you could be making the problem worse by paying lots of attention to the little one, as the others may be vying for your attention themselves apart from anything else, but the entire situation sounds very serious. Also the little one probably does need your protection at this time!
Yes, do separate them.....do it soon....
