Hello

I am very excited, only 5 days till sat when we collect our new beagle puppy. Sod Christmas and birthdays this is like them all arriving at once.

Cant wait to see Caleb our pup again, and his brothers and sisters. and or our lovely breeder who is really great and I am glad to call a friend

I am going round grinning at everyone and have been told off for being too cheerful at work, (work in a call centre where people ring in to have a good ol moan) cant sound too cheerful or they think we're making fun of their situation!!!

I think this puppy has everything that a new baby will need. Must have spent a fortune on his things, but nothing is too expensive for my boy.

Did anyone else when they collected their baby feel like they were walking on air??

Yippee

BB

Think we have all been there......it is soooo exciting and such fun buying all the new things for them.

All those cuddles with that wonderful puppy smell.

Good luck with your new baby

BB, I've had my pup, Lana now for 11 day's - We didn't pick her up until 6:30 on the day and so all that day I thought I was going to pop :D Our very smart living room now looks like a childs play area!! We couldn't decide what bed to get her so we got her two, she uses them both though! We have loads of toy's, her favourite is a goose we got from pets at home - she also likes items that haven't been given to her to play with - kinda like forbidden fruit i guess, you know remote controls and stuff :)....My advice is be patient, I have to admit I get frustrated when i stand out in the garden for an hour in the freezing cold while she does nothing only for her to do a massive poo as soon as she comes in! I cant get angry with her though, she's just a baby, and the garden is soooo interesting, touch wood we haven't had a mess in the house for two whole days :) I use a clicker and lots of praise! Anyway let us know how you get on and I wish you lots of luck and good times with your new boy :)

Hi BB, we've had Diesel now for close on 5weeks and he seems like he's been here forever :D But I was so excited and had a permanent grin on my face in the week leading up to us going to collect him, even the 15hour round trip, wasn't phasing me
Anyway, I can relate to the house thing :) He has more toys than he knows what to do with and he has been so quick in learning housetraining, I think we've been really lucky, only a couple of widdles in the house in the first couple of weeks and we've never had a number 2 :)Hope I haven't spoke too soon !!
So I'm sure that you'll have loads of puppy fun and cuddles......and enjoy them while they're small.....they don't stay that way very long :D :D

We are bringing our puppy home on the 22nd November, the whole family are so excited to the point we are boring! I'm sure everyone is fed up with us talking about him all the time and showing them what we've bought for him! One of my daughter's gets up everyday giving me a countdown of the days till we pick him up! We're going to see Blue the evening before but this is so much more exciting, nothing will beat this feeling at the moment although I am going to be a Grandma next year in April so that may equal! Good luck with your puppy and enjoy him/her as I will mine.

We had arranged to pick up Sox on our way back from Harrogate last year and breeder had popped out,I was so upset because I thought I'd have to wait another day,but when I got home she had left a message to come straight back over,so I did.I wasn't bothered that breeder was upset at pup leaving and I didn't think about it until my own first litter went away and I was bawling!!!!Sandra.

Only 4 Days now BB!!!

We (hopefully) collect our pup in 2 weeks and 4 days, we thought we were going to have him at 8 weeks, but the breeder is letting us have him at 7 weeks, so that has brought our date forward a whole week - Hurray!!!!!!!!!!

All the very best with Caleb, one of Honey's best friends is Beagle, and she is such a character! :)

Hayley :)
