I would like some advice from someone!! I have a KC pedigree staff dog. He is chocolate brindle and has a great personality!! He is getting close to the age when he needs to start seeing ladies!! What makes you think that it is time your dog saw ladies?
not all dogs make stud dogs. Does your dog conform to the breed standard is he a good example of the breed, has he a fantastic temperment.  What about his pedigree do you know and understand the lines he is from
Many owners of Bitches will use a stud dog that has proven all of this in the show ring.
What are you hoping to get out of breeding your dog, is it just for the experience.

well you have all ready said one problem and that is his colour i know that the standard says any colour of brindle but choclote or liver is not welcome.
