Looking back with the benefit of hindsight, what would you of done differently with your dog, either training or socializing or feeding/whatever ,that might of made things easier. I ask this because i hate having to cut our pups nails and always want to put it off but daren't, i wish that i had been more confident on doing this from the start and i'm sure that the pup knows that i'm a bit stressed doing this job, so now it's always a struggle and gives me sleepless nights just thinking about it..

In hindsight I would have had a cat instead. :)

why don't you get someone to help you, or get someone else to cut them while you hold the dog, then when the dog realises it's nothing to be worried about, perhaps that will give you a bit more confidence for next time.

With hindsight, I'd have married a man who could GIVE me the earth & all the wealth in it - instead of one who PROMISED it!!!!:D :D :D
