Hi

My 7 week old black lab pup is at my vets tonight, they have kept him in as they don't know what's wrong with him - the x rays of his stomach are fine, my vet now thinks it might be his liver. He has a huge swollen stomach over the last 24 hrs, making it really difficult for him to walk and breathe..... I am so worried for him,does anyone out there have any similar experiences or thoughts. I know the pups abdomen swells after feeding and goes back down soon after but my pup just wants to lie down and sleep - but he is eating, drinking and going to No 1 & 2's. I am at a loss - can anyone help with words of wisdom.

I have no idea what could be wrong, but my fingers are crossed that everything will be all right.
