Can anyone tell me any good sites on the internet that sell wooden kennels with runs, at a good value price? I've only found a couple and the prices are extortionate (sp?). Next year we are thinking about getting another dog but the kennel we have at the moment won't be big enough so I'm looking for another, smaller one.

We bought kennels & runs through the internet last year - but just one word of warning - the picture showed EVERYTHING in proportion, and I checked measurements - which I THOUGHT were height to ridge 6ft, to eaves 5ft - thought that would be fine - BUT actual measurements were to ridge 60ins - to eaves 50ins - so (1) I cant get through the doors into the kennel (being, as someone kindly put it - of generous proportions) so Adrian has to get in their to clean them out - comes out bent double!! Quality IS good - but just too damn low!!

Have you thought about upvc instead of wood? I had mine redone with upvc earlier this yeart and they are wonderful- so easy to clean, dogs dont seem inclined to chew and 'scrabble' at them as with the old wood ones, and much, much warmer!

My dog doesn't live in a kennel but I am sooooo pleased that someone else has recognised that dogs do "scrabble". Mine does it to my chest every morning at 6am to get his walk!!!! My non dog friends told me the word/action does not exist ha ha ha.
