I picked my german shepherd puppy two weeks ago. When I went to collect her she was the only one whose ears were still down. Can anyone tell me when her ears will go up. I know they will have a life of their own but her ears show no signs of going up.

How old is she?
My GSD's ears were down for ages, then one was up, then down again, then the other was up, then down again and keep repeating this for a few more months and you have it :D

Kizzy is nine weeks old today. I just wondered why the other puppies in the litter had their ears fully up and Kizzy's were down - my partner keeps saying we have bought a "defect".

Thanks for the reply.

Oh she is still very young, they may not be fully up for a long while yet, but I bet you cant stop yourself getting the camera out once Kizzy's ears are all wonky and floppy:D but dont worry, all dogs grow at different times to each other :)

My GSD puppy is 5 months old and his ears have only been up since 4 months. Before this they were up and down on and off. Teething also affects them.
