Topic Dog Boards / General / Rosewood dog crates?

Does anyone here have any experience with the Rosewood brand dog crate/cages? I'm thinking of buying one to use as a second parrot cage (Probably the 36 or 42 inch long one), but need to know a couple of things before buying...

If you've got one, what's the wire spacing like? More than 2.5 centimetres, or about that, or less? Also, are they galvanised with zinc? How sturdy are they - I know some of them fold flat, and wouldn't want it folding flat onto a pigeon-sized bird.

Anyone who can give me any info on their Rosewood crates would be much appreciated - thanks!

ps a pigeon sized bird would be able to poke head through but not body unless skinny.
