My 10 week old puppy gets hiccups just about every day, can anyone reassure me this is normal, he is my first puppy and I still have lots to learn. Thanks.

Completely normal! - but very amusing!! My little lad had them all the time, they do grow out of it though

Always feel sorry for them they nearly throw themselves of their feet. Pups are so funny, my last one used to sit and then bring his front legs in so tight to his body he lost control of said body and somersaulted backwards, although he would do it several times a day he would always get up looking totally bemused and confused.

Mia still gets them, her whole body goes with it, she's so funny! I have tried scaring her into stopping but it does not good. I tried a game of hide and seek and scared the hell out of her and all i got was a bark and she ran off hiccuping! Lol

Awww - it takes me back too! Lel, I think I remember you reassuring me that it was nothing to worry about!

*Sigh*. Emotional moment!

taz had hiccups every day too.
I was told that it was to do with growing up. sort of like our growing pains.
it is funny to watch, and must be exceptionally 'a pain in the a**' for them.
Taz occasionally still gets them now, (he's 18 months) and when hes on the bed with us it litterally rocks the bed! :) :)
but nowadays they only last a few minuites- unlike puppy hiccups !!
