Just wanted to say why dont the producers re-call the programme the National Eastenders Awards, they pick up all the awards and its really irritating, Corrie has been much better this year with Steve and Karen and Richard Hillman, its crazy, corrie should have picked up some awards, and how on earth did the all-mighty BIG BROTHER (best show that ever was and will be) not pick up the award and instead im a celeberity get me out of here got it i just dont know.

Can't agree about Corrie v Eastenders, they both had good story lines, I think it looked more of a Eastenders night because the Actress & Actor award usually go to non 'Soap' actors.
I do agree about BB v IACGMOOH - Surprised IACGMOOH won.
Thought the best bit was Sir Trevor being totally surprised to receive an award.

It was an hilarious excuse for entertainment, and a sensational misuse of TV resources, IMO.
How on earth did Shane (I'm a cockney geezer) Ritchie get an award over David Jason?
I thought Sir Trevor McDoanalds award was well deserved, but then he spoilt it by creeping to President Blair, He said "Thank you Primeminister for giving up your valuable time" yuck,gross ewwwwwwwwwww, pass the sick bag.
Those were the only two lowlights I unfortunately caught, I would rather have cut my toe nails with hedge trimmers then watched that drivel.
