I am trying to complete a business plan for starting a k-9 care company, does anybody out there have any experience,I am doing it on a 10year plan only starting as dog walker and then training as groomer and only then going more into the more complementary therapies that may help our pooches, would appreciate any input and this would help in my research, thanks in advance.

Hi, I don't actually have any experience in this but I'm only replying to say there is a huge market out there for (reasonably priced) dog walkers/sitters/groomers etc. I'm just a "punter" and I need all of these things - especially a dog walker/sitter for just one day as I'm often away for a day and have to put my dog in the kennels for the day before and the day after. My advice is "don't price yourself out of the market (i.e. only charge people what you would be prepared to pay yourself") and you'll do very well. Good luck!!
