My westie pup has to go the vets tomorrow for the day for some observations, sedation and xray as he has had a intermittent limp in his back leg for a few days. He has been on anti-inflammatory medication, but the limp is still there especially after he has been resting. The vet said that although rare, pups have been none to have arthritis, thus the tests tomorrow.

As you can imagine this has really worried me! my poor Toby is only 7 months old.

I have never heard of it in a dog so young. I hope I am getting myself over nothing and the tests will show he is O.K. I just want tomorrow to come so I know what it is.

hi jayne...i would have them check his knees sometimes little dogs have knee problems...hopefully he's ok
