hi all just a quick question are pilchards in oil good or bad for cats?

My dogs always get Pilchards in Tomato sauce for lunch on a Sunday.

Hasn't done my cats any harm yet ;) they have pilchards or sardines at least once a week in sunflower oil or tom sauce since they were kittens and they are both 21. So it can't do them any harm Pup gets Pilchards in tom once a week too like John's and she's fine.
