Well I am packed (sort of) and will be off to liverpool university small animal hospital with bracken in the morning, going to be a long day an hour on the ferry then 5 to 6 hours at least to get to liverpool (around 300 miles away). Going to have to take the puppy too so should be fun! Bracken is my three leg labrador (leg and hip removed 2.5 years ago due to bone cancer) She has damaged her one remaining back leg, my vet is not 100% sure what she has done but suspects the cruciate (sp) ligament and as we only have one shot at repairing what ever is wrong (because only one back leg cannot affort to mess it up) we have been refered to liverpool, so please keep your fingers crossed that everything goes well and they can help her. I am a bag of nerves here lol

Thankyou for your well wishes, will let you know what happened whe n we get back, thankgoodness clocks went back last night and gave us that extra hour in bed as we leave in a few mins at 5.30 am!
