we played "forever young" by bob dylan at my friends funeral, she was only 26 and died of cervical cancer so it was very apt!

Something Inside (So Strong)
The higher you build your barriers
The taller I become
The further you take my rights away
The faster I will run
You can deny me
You can decide to turn your face away
No matter 'cause there's
Something inside so strong
I know that I can make it
Though you're doing me wrong, so wrong
You thought that my pride was gone... oh no
There's something inside so strong
Something inside so strong
The more you refuse to hear my voice
The louder I will sing
You hide behind walls of Jericho
Your lies will come tumbling
Deny my place in time
You squander wealth that's mine
My light will shine so brightly it will blind you
Because there's
Something inside so strong
I know that I can make it
Though you're doing me wrong, so wrong
You thought that my pride was gone... oh no
There's something inside so strong
Something inside so strong
Brothers and sisters
When they insist we're just not good enough
Well, we know better
Just look 'em in the eyes and say
We're gonna do it anyway
We're gonna do it anyway
Because there's
Something inside so strong

Hi,
We had Angels at my Grandsons funeral, he only lived a short time, we had Eternal never ever as well.
He died the day Robbie got into the charts. 30th Nov '97.
Whatever you choose you'll not be able to listen to it again without tears in your eyes.
Sorry for your loss, time heals but very slowly.

WE ALSO PLAYED ROBBIE WILLIAMS AT OUR SONS FUNEREAL.*SUPREME*
AND OASIS. CHAMPAGNE SUPERNOVA,
I'm so sorry - keep strong.
A bit of an oldie but a goodie and i find the words reassuring - "Don't Fear the Reaper", by Blue Oyster Cult.
It's about not fearing death and letting go and maybe that it is not the end.... "Romeo and Juliet are together in eternity..... " etc. I love it :)
