We would like to give a loving home to a Retriever or Lab puppy later this year...we previously owned Meg, a black lab bitch (not pedigree) until she died aged 13.5 years 3 years ago....since then we have 'shared' my sister's dog but sadly she is now very frail (aged 16) and we cannot imagine the family with some canine company!

I would be interested to hear of any litters of puppies that may be available around June/July time - we live in Shipston on Stour (South Warwickshire/Cotswold border) - but will travel if necessary.

Would you consider a rescue?? There are loads of retrievers and labs in rescue all over the country, some of the members of this board will tell you that. They have dogs of all ages.
